The Twins were born in New Orleans and lived most of their early childhood in the "Seventh Ward". They began singing at the early age of eight, competing in local talent shows in and around the city, resulting in first place each time. Then at the ripe old age of twelve, they turned professional. Performing at local nightclubs in and around New Orleans was a regular thing. The twins went to Cosmo's recording studio where they recorded several songs that were locally released. With that, they started performing in Gulfport and Biloxi, Mississippi in the same night. By the time they were thirteen they had already shared the music stage with Ray Charles, Stevie Wonder, The Original Temptations and Marvin Gaye who remained close friends until his passing. The Twins went on a thirty day "one-nighters" with Stevie Wonder and The Temptations and many other top artist of that era.
After finishing the tour they went on to perform at Disneyland in California. Next on the Tonight Show with Johnny Carson in New York. After coming back home they performed regularly and loves to perform at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival. They also performed at the Louisiana World's Fair Exposition eight times once opening for the group Cameo.
The Aubry Twins were one of the first local artists' to perform at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival and still loves to perform there about every other year. Living in California for a while the twins came home to begin working on a Christian CD and a New Orleans Rhythm and Blues CD. All at the same time they performed at benefits for Xavier Prep School and Saint Mary's Academy yearly. They have recently appeared at Bally's Lake Front Casino, and Harrah's New Orleans Casino.
